Here, prolific self-help author, Joe Vitale, outlines a four step process for making positive changes in your life. The first three are nothing unusual: breaking out of victim-hood, claiming your power, and surrendering control. The fourth stage, the awakening, is something you really want to know about, and Vitale makes a good fist of explaining a difficult concept – one that requires you to sense rather than grasp intellectually.
